Solera is a 451-unit residential development positioned in the urban core of Raha Island within Downtown Mina, Ras Al Khaimah. The project balances city energy with effortless waterfront access, sitting minutes from the shoreline yet firmly rooted in the downtown grid. Residences range from studios through one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments to crowning penthouses, with units from 351 to 3,264 sq ft. The amenity programme is anchored by a 40-metre infinity-edge lap pool, kids pool with splash pad, Solera Flame Pavilion for BBQ and dining, telescope corner, sculptural garden, outdoor gym and yoga pavilion, co-working spaces, jacuzzi, hammock garden and a skate park.
