Mirasol II is a resort-inspired residential development located at Raha Island in Mina's North Harbour, Ras Al Khaimah. The project comprises 280 units spanning studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom duplexes and exclusive penthouses, all opening onto panoramic Gulf and harbour views from expansive terraces. Architecture leans into a warm coastal palette and uses generous glazing to dissolve the boundary between indoor and outdoor living. Residents enjoy a wellness-led amenity programme: an oasis pool overlooking the Gulf, open-air cinema, yoga studio, gym, steam and sauna, children's play area and splash pool, plus a lounge and juice bar. A culinary partnership with a Michelin-starred chef anchors the F&B experience. Handover is targeted for Q3 2028.
